Develop, monitor, and improve processes control plans.  Focus on continually improving overall efficiency through improvements in ergonomics, operator methods, and the introduction of automated equipment.  Capture and report productivity data.  Create and maintain process instruction sheets.  This includes assembly sequence, tooling and fixturing.

  • Focus on process improvement: standardized work, automated equipment, and ergonomics.
  • Create and maintain process sheets/standard work instructions.
  • Provide support to manufacturing/warehouse operations.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred along with five to seven years in manufacturing and in process control.
  • Must be able to read and illustrate technical drawings and have experience in CAD.
  • High level of organization skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
  • Extreme accuracy in quality of work.
  • Work independently.
  • Problem solving, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.



  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. 
  • The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. 
  • The employee must occasionally lift and or move objects up to 25 pounds. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routine uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and copy, fax and scanning machines.


Up to 25% travel may be required.
